Do DHT blocking tablets actually work? ▾

Yes — and the evidence is solid. Multiple large-scale clinical trials show DHT blocking tablets halt hair loss in around 90% of men and promote regrowth in many. They work by blocking DHT, the hormone responsible for miniaturising follicles. The earlier you start, the more effective it is.

What are the side effects? ▾

A small number of men (around 2%) experience sexual side effects including reduced libido or erectile dysfunction. These are reversible on stopping. The vast majority of Sons customers experience no side effects at all. Your doctor will discuss this during the consultation.
